I sculpt my ideas out of wax and then press them into the sand mold to obtain the negative, and then cast the positive. At first, I refused to sell it because I wasn't ready to let go of this piece. At that time, I was working in a secondhand store in Zurich to support myself financially through my studies and to do something sustainable and enjoyable. There, I learned how to interact with customers, and running a store alone during the Christmas season is quite a challenge! But I realized that I hardly spent any time in the workshops and couldn't immerse myself. So I decided to sell the ring and generate the same income as with my side job. It worked out.
